Foodcamp is a culinary gathering where restaurant chefs, producers and foodies can share their
passion for gastronomy!

At Foodcamp, 12 renowned chefs are presenting workshops, more than 30 exhibitors will have you
dicover their products and more than 7500 finger foods will be served for your tasting pleasure!

The 8th edition

Presented at the prestigious Fairmont Le Château Frontenac for a 7th consecutive year, the 2019 edition will take place on March 30 and 31.

From pastry making, to butchering, to the creation of signature dishes, several culinary subjects will be explored by our guest chefs to satisfy the curiosity, passion and thirst for knowledge of all
participating foodies!

As a cooking enthusiast and outstanding communicator, we are honored to announce the return of Chef Jonathan Garnier as our host. It is possible to discover his cuisine through several events in North America as well as his cooking school La Guilde Culinaire.

For a third consecutive year, he will be the moderator during the Foodcamp workshops.
